These terms cover the atlaven.com website. Using a product is governed by that product's own terms and, where one exists, the signed agreement behind it. This site on its own is not an offer or a contract.
Who we are
atlaven.com is operated by Atlaven, an eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship) registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42199783, reachable at info@atlaven.com. The full registration details are on the company details page.
The figures on this site
The numbers in the proof band come from shipped, verified work and we keep them current. They describe what our products do — not what your results will be. As the house principles say: no guaranteed-outcome promises. Markets, algorithms and AI answers are probabilistic; we measure and verify rather than sell certainty.
Content and rights
The text, design, graphics and software on this site belong to Atlaven. You may view, print and share the pages; reproducing the content commercially, adapting it, or deriving a copy of a product requires our written permission first.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site in ways that disrupt its operation, probe its security, or block other people's access. We reserve the right to restrict access in case of abuse.
Liability
This site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from decisions you base on the information here. Liability and warranties for use of a product are set out separately in that product's terms.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the competent court of the District Court of Oost-Brabant (Rechtbank Oost-Brabant), the Netherlands. If you use the site as a consumer, this does not take away the protection that the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the version in force. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
