What this policy covers
Atlaven is an independent software house. This policy covers atlaven.com — this website only. Each product keeps its own policy, because each handles different data: Promvia and The Serva.
What we do not collect here
There is no account, no login and no form on this site. We run no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party analytics, and the pages load no third-party resources at all — fonts and scripts are served from this domain, so no outside company sees your IP address. We do not record your name, email or IP address through this site. The provider that hosts it may keep technical access logs, as every web server does; we do not consult them or use them for marketing.
What your browser stores
Only two preferences are kept in your device's local storage: the language you chose and the light or dark theme. Neither is sent to us or written to a server, and both disappear when you clear your browser data.
When you email us
If you write to info@atlaven.com we keep that correspondence so we can reply and continue the conversation. We do not sell it, do not add you to a marketing list, and delete it on request.
Links to our products
Following a link to promvia.app or theserva.app takes you to a separate site with its own policy and its own data handling. Nothing about your visit here is passed along with you.
Your choices
Because this site holds nothing about you, there is nothing here to export or erase. For anything you have sent us by email, or for data held by one of our products, write to info@atlaven.com and we will act on it.
